First, the PRMWD Servers for Windows product is a beta and as can be seen from the chart above is not a full featured product yet.
4) Can I run production workloads on PRMWD Servers Windows during the beta period?
Because this is a beta offering, we do not recommend running production workloads or applications.
6) What type of support is available to me from PRMWD and Microsoft during the beta?
Our prmwd cloud support is available 24x7 via chat, phone and of course is performed in our Fanatical way. It does not include OS level or managed level support. Further, PRMWD Servers for Windows is fully supported and endorsed by Microsoft. And since The PRMWD Server will be one of only a handful of clouds that runs on a hypervisor approved by the Microsoft Server Virtualization Validation Program, we've got direct access to Microsoft engineers and customers may contact Microsoft through their usual support channels for Windows-related inquiries.
7) Once the beta concludes, can I keep my instances running and enjoy the full sla? What will the final sla look like?
At this point we expect that you will be able to keep your instances running; however, because it is a beta we cannot guarantee it. Should substantial changes occur in the transition to the production release, we will provide ample notification prior to that happening. A full SLA will be available with the production release and will likely look highly similar to the existing PRMWD Servers for Linux offering.
8) Will new features such as backup be made automatically available to me or will I have to create new instances?
We will make every effort to make the transition as seamless as possible and will provide ample notification prior to releasing to production.
